How do I save my photos to my computer for uploading to MRIS/Keystone

Log in to your Real Tour, Inc. account at www.realtourinc.com.
Click on "Current Orders"
Click on "View Tour" under the property address you are working on.
Click through the tour until you are looking at the photo that you wish to save.
Put your mouse cursor over the large main photo and right click, then choose "Save Picture As"
Do not save the small photos that appear on the left side of the tour. These will display poorly on your listing. Make sure you are saving the main large photo.
Your computer will display a screen allowing you to decide where you want to save the photo on your computer and what you want to name it. Remember where you save it, as this is where you will go to put the photos in your Keystone account.
Note: Keystone allows the user to have more than one virtual tour on the listing. If you upload photos to Keystone, it creates the MRIS Slideshow and may display as the main virtual tour on your listing. You can sort the order of your virtual tours so that your Real Tour, Inc. virtual tour is what appears first. If you experience difficulty with uploading your photos or changing the order the tours that appear, call MRIS Helpdesk.

How do I upload individual photos to MRIS/Keystone

Save your pictures on your computer. If you are not sure how to do this, see "How do I save my photos to my computer for uploading to MRIS/Keystone"
Log in to your Keystone account
Go to your listing
On the left hand side click "Listing", then click "Photo Manager"
Note: Under "Photo Options" you must have photo option set to "Lister will upload all"
This is where you will upload all the pictures that you have saved to your computer. Simply click on "Upload picture", under "Choose Photo To Upload", click "Browse" and go to where you saved your photos on your computer. (If MRIS prompts you to run and Java programs, select "Run" or "Allow". If you experience difficulty, call MRIS Helpdesk.

On the homepage, in the upper right hand corner, click on Register Now.
Once you have registered, simply log in and you can place your order right there!

What happens when I order a virtual tour from Real Tour Inc?

Once you have placed your order and set your appointment on our site, Real Tour will email you an automatic confirmation of the appointment as well as a billing receipt for your records.
Real Tour Inc will send a photographer on the day and time you selected.
If your appointment is prior to 2 pm you will receive an email same day letting you know that your pictures are available for you to see on the website. If your appointment is 2pm or later, you may get the confirmation as late as noon the following business day.
Once you get the email, this is where you have the opportunity to view the photos, add in any descriptions
